iPhone 3.0 is coming; March 17th preview

DoD Opens It’s Own Sourceforge

The United States Department of Defense has opened it’s own open source code repository, forge.mil, which is based on the popular open source site Sourceforge.

Quicktime 7.6 is Now Availible

Apple has just released a new update for Quicktime, properly titled, Quicktime 7.6. Overall there’s nothing too special to report about the new release. According to Apple’s Support Article, here are the new updates to Quicktime:
Video:
Improves single-pass H.264 encoding quality
Increases the playback reliability of Motion JPEG media
Audio:
Improves AAC encoding fidelity
